My first book challenge. The Newbury Challenge runs from May 15th to Dec 31st. I am going to read the following:
Strawberry Girl: One of my favorite books from childhood.
Bridge to Terabitha
Island of the Blue Dolphins
A Wrinkle in Time
The Higher Power of Lucky
Crispin
We own A Wrinkle in Time, Crispin, Island of the Blue Dolpins and I think Terabitha is around somewhere.

The Details
Our goal is to make this challenge as inclusive as possible. Read six mysteries of any type by authors whose works you haven’t read before between June 1st and August 31st and you will have completed the challenge. We are limiting this challenge to adult readers because the discussion of the books may contain material inappropriate for kids and the prizes are adult mysteries.
I am not doing a list beforehand. I read a lot of mysteries so I am excited about finding some new authors to read.
