Holy Cow! I go away from my blog for a few days and all kinds of stuff is happening. I won books from SciFiChick and BookGirl. I am so lucky! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Here I am at the end of week three. And, the only thing hard about my new habits is finding time to exercise. I have written in my book, IN INK, the three days I am going to work out this week. You would never know it but I used to go to the gym everyday. I loved to spin. It was so much fun. Now, I can’t stand the idea of a gym. I guess it is because I work inside all day on the computer. I need sunlight! Here are the stats:

Total 5.2 pounds!
Yep, lost the first five pounds. High fives all around!

High Five Girl!! That’s great. I’ve embarked on a new health & wellness plan since June and so far it’s going great. Slow progress but progress. The best part is just feeling more energized. Anyway way to go and keep it up!
