PS I’m glad you liked my tip for baking salmon. Just to make sure there’s no confusion, I’m talking about KOSHER salt, NOT the kind of rock salt you put on your driveway in winter .

How did I end up here, you ask me, in this obscure little hotel kitchen, in a forgotten backroads area of Austria. Where the snow freezes the blood in winter and the humidity of summer demoralizes the soul. What was the question again?

I agree with Dew BUT it does remind me of some people who obsess “over things forgotten”. Very intriguing.

Ooo this was very pointed. What I got from this was maybe a failed parent or spouse who spent too much time in their work. Or really anyone who may have succeeded in material things but failed in more important things. Well done.
