Black Bean Hummus
2 15 ounce cans Black beans, drained
3 T plain nonfat yogurt
2 t minced garlic
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 t chopped fresh parsley
Dash cayenne
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until smooth. Store covered in the fridge. Makes 2 1/4 Cups.
