This is Shore Road. I drive this route everyday. Shore Road has been closed since yesterday. In fifteen years I have never seen this happen.

Tens Of Thousands Of Mainers Left Without Power
It’s going to be another busy day for power line crews, they’re now dealing with more than 115,000 outages across the state. The majority of the outages are in southern and coastal Maine. Central Maine Power is reporting more than 112,000 outages. Some 46,000 are in the Portland area, the Alfred service area has about 29,000 and the Brunswick service area has 28,000.
Bangor Hydro is working to restore power to about 4,400 customers, mostly in the Hancock area.
The electric companies warn that it could be days before power is restored to the entire state.
