1. My twin daughters will turn ELEVEN on Friday October 6.
2. That makes them Libras, Pisces Moon and Virgo Rising.
3. Erin weighed 3′11 and Jennifer weighed 5′5. I named them in utereo. What they did not tell me is that whoever is born first becomes Baby A. For nine months Baby A was Erin. I was yelling from the operating table “The small one is Erin!” Can you imagine the identity crisis if Erin suddenly became Jennifer Jeez! (No, I don’t know how I named them when they were inside me and could tell them apart. Just could.)
4. They had to be fed every 3 hours 24/7 for 3 months. My husband moved into the guest room and the girls and I took over my room. Possibly this is why it took them EIGHTEEN months to sleep thru the night.
5. They hated bassinets, swings, playpens everything. And, they cried A LOT.
6. Jennifer and I have issues. We are always at each other. She is my barometer. If things suck for me she picks up on it and pushes all my buttons. She is Dad’s Queen.
7. Erin and I don’t have the same issues. But, when she gets upset watch out! She is one tough chick. I can so see her w. purple hair, tatoos and big ass Dock Martens. Or whatever, horror is currently happenin’ to torture parents.
8. They both have excellant fashion sense. They must get this from their Paternal grandmother. And, trust me if those jeans are not washed, I hear all about it. I finally had to teach Jenny to do laundry, so she could feel like her clothes were washed in a timely manner. Which means Jennifer TIME!
9. They are the youngest in their class. And, I should have waited to send them to school and it would have been so much easier on me and them.
10. They are are beautiful. They are nicest, kindest kids. And, so funny! They make me laugh everyday.

Pheeew, what a job you have had with them. I know how it is with two little babies since I’ve seen it from close distance (my sister). A lot of work yes. Getting crazy tired from no sleep… Worned out.

I think it’s interesting that you named them in utereo - not because that is unusal but because of the names. Look how Erin’s name is contained within Jennifer’s.
p.s. my kids were 2 - 5 years (yup!) before they slept through the night.

When I was pregnant, I knew their gender immediately. It was a very strong gut instinct I had. And both times I was right. I never had any doubts!

With Little Princess’s birthday being in January I could have pushed for her to go to school this year, but I was afraid that she wouldn’t be ready. I am glad I made that decision.
