8 Random Things

The Know It Astrologer tagged me for this game. 

1. I have very few plants in my house.  I love plants, but it is one more thing for me to take care of and my plate is full.  I have a plant that my girlfriend gave me and I would feel guilty if it died, so I have to take care of it.  Although, I think it is root bound by now and really, really needs to be re-potted.

2. We only have a cat.  We are not home enough to take of a dog and all of us want a dog.  Except, Sophie.  She would probably make a dog’s life miserable.  She was chasing something large around the house last night.  eeekkk!!

3. Everday I get Love Notes from the Universe in my in-box.  Something like this:

4. My husband is driving me crazy.  It has finally got warm here.  So, of course, all the windows are open.  What does he do EVERY SINGLE NIGHT   He CLOSES all the windows in the house.  Can you believe it   You go upstairs and can’t breathe it gets so stuffy. I can’t even ask about it, because I think I will totally lose my cool……

5. How will I come up for 13 things on Thursday, now that I have done this. Maybe I should have done them together.

6. I won’t be playing T13 on June 29th.  I will be in Vermont.  6/29 would have been my sisters 38th birthday.  She has been gone 14 years this August. 

7.  I told someone yesterday, that I should write a book about grief. I hate those TV shows that show someone getting over their loved one’s passing in 6 months or something.  I cried everyday for the first year and every other day for the second year.  It is a life changing event that is always with you. 

8.  Here we are number the eight.  Can I have a reward now   How about some iced coffee…..
